(June 29, 2022, 7:49 am)I started working out with the Flock 5 years ago. It quickly became my Happy Place. I love everyone there. The classes are amazing and there’s so much to choose from. From Fit and lift camps, to Body Pump, Tabata, and cycling classes you are sure to get in shape and feel better about yourself. I am now and Instructor at Flock and I teach the Body Pump class and I love every minute I’m in the gym and working out with amazing people. There isn’t any other gym I would rather be at. I feel once you come in the door of Flock you will always want to be there. I’m grateful for my Happy Place 💪

Owner Nicole is amazing and is currently helping my 12 yr old son with his form and technique. He is just learning how to work out with weights, and this is a great time to show him the right way.
