Exceptional training and culture at this box. The level of coaching has been outstanding. I’ve had multiple knee surgeries and Achilles repair surgery and they’re attention to detail and my needs has helped me to improve significantly. Highly recommend this gym!!

Dropped in with a friend who is a member while i was in town. The process was simple, the owners were super friendly, and the workout was great! For my first CrossFit style workout, it was go-at-your-own-pace which was great, whether you’re a veteran or beginner. Thanks for having me!

Fit Factory is a great gym! They take great care in keeping the equipment and facility super clean and organized. I always looked forward to getting to the gym! The owners and staff are friendly and professional and really want to help you achieve your fitness goals. I am in a wheelchair and they helped me with exercise modifications and helped me in every way possible to feel comfortable and valued as a client. They treat everyone individually. Its been a great experience from when my wife and I joined back in January. The trainers are experienced and know when to dial you back or tell you to push harder. The owners have created a great workout environment and I always look forward to class!
