I’m so pleased by the service I received here. I’d been calling all over NOVA, trying to get someone to look at my car… one place was booked out until January. I just showed up here, hoping for the best, expecting the worst. They had a quote for me within 15 minutes, along the lines of what I was expecting. Even though I am a woman by myself with no car knowledge, I didn’t feel taken advantage of nor was I. They gave me a timeline and a quote and held true to both. My car was done within a week, the repairs were done flawlessly. They CLEANED the interior of my car as well. I cannot say enough good about them. Thank you sooo much, Mr. Park, and the girls who work at the front desk are so nice and helpful. Thank you thank you thank you.
