  Sara was the agent on the selling and buying side of our houses. Each transaction took different skills and negotiations. My husband and I were glad we had Sara to guide us on the numerous decisions we had to make. She added knowledge. She weighed in on some subjects that the answer was ambiguous. Giving us options, so that we could make a informed decision.
  
  There was constant communication between Sara, my husband and I during the buy/sell process. Sara responded quickly and efficiently to our questions/needs. I would definitely use Sara as your agent if you are buying or selling a home.

  From the beginning Sarah was more than helpful with answering all of our questions and helping us find our forever home. As out of town buyers we relied heavily on her local expertise to find us the perfect location to include schools, work commutes and play. I was so confident in her abilities and judgement that I put an offer in on our home sight UNSEEN! Sarah and her team are the BEST in the Hampton Roads area. I highly recommend her for any of your future home needs. She was more that an agent, I consider her a friend. Again beyond pleased with our experience!

  Sarah was simply amazing with both the purchase of my new home and the sale of my previous home! She was able to secure an offer at full asking price and bring the sale to closing within 30 days of listing! She goes above and beyond what’s expected of an agent. Being very savvy with design, she even helped me select tile, countertops, flooring and cabinets for my new home. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs. I’ve worked with other agents in the past and no one compares to Sarah.

  Sarah was our buyer agent on our relocation purchase in East Beach. We selected Sarah as our Realtor after a chance meeting at an open house. Sarah found a house for us before it was on the market. Perfect match. In a competitive market it’s important that the agent has ideas for us to consider as we looked for ways to make our offer more appealing to the seller without just overpaying. We got that from Sarah and our offer was accepted. We did not over pay and we did not take more risk than we were comfortable with. Sarah is smart. She knows the purchase contracts inside and out. She was especially good treating everyone on both sides with respect and courtesy. I believe we all felt Sarah was the consummate professional.
