  Alicia, the property manager, was filling in for the leasing agent and she treated us as old friends. Friendly, helpful, courteous. If I didn't mind paying a 1300 dollar penalty at my old place, I would move today. I am taking the time to recognize good people because it is important to let them know how valuable they are. It was a Saturday afternoon, she could have told us to come back Monday. Instead, she showed us a Unit, explained and showed us everything in order to make a leasing decision. Job well, done, Alicia. People like you are gold.

  Absolutely stunning location with the most phenomenal views and walking distance to the beach!!!

  Excellent location! Situated right on the marina with water views. Walk to the beach, restaurants, and throughout the neighborhood. Nice finishes in all units.

  So far my experience has been great! The staff has answered all my questions in a professional manor and assisted my fiancé and I , in a easy smooth transition to a new home. It seems well kept and safe. We are not able to move in until September but we chose this place over many others who were unprofessional and acted as if our presence was just another “ renter” . Super excited to live here and be close to the beach!
