Americas Best Value Inn Norfolk

I stayed there for 2 night. It was a nice room for the money. Ms. Sherry at the front desk went out of her way to make me feel welcomed and she made sure I had everything I needed. I would stay here again.

Ladies at the front were amazing every single one of them!!! The owner is a sweetheart! My room was spacious, very very clean, and comfortable. Hotel is on the perfect part of town can get to anywhere from there. Any tome I come back home this is my preferred place to stay.

Our stay was wonderful. The lady at the front desk Ms Barbara was extremely helpful. She contacted me before my stay and answered all my questions and was extremely sweet during our arrival and departure. The rooms were nice, cool and clean. Housekeeping kept us stocked with towels and necessities. Will stay at location again

Decent place, reasonable rates. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room. The five stars are for Ms. Sherry at the front desk. She was very professional, warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, she treated us like family. She even greeted each member of my family by name every time she saw us.
