I had never participated in any type of CrossFit activity prior to walking into CrossFit Slice. On day 1 I was immediately greeted by one of the owners at the door. All of the others there were also very welcoming and made me feel right at home. The coaches are all very knowledgeable and encouraging. They offer modifications if there is something you aren’t able to complete and proper form is a priority for them to prevent anyone from getting injured. Throughout each workout they push you to do your best from start to finish and will not let you leave without giving you a high five or elbow bump. (thanks COVID) I cannot recommend CrossFit Slice enough. Great atmosphere, tough workouts and lots of fun.

Cross fit slice and the coaches have been a god send...no I'm not a paid spokesman. I came to this gym looking for community and motivation. I came to work out but also be taught how to move better without paying the ridiculous fees other gyms charge for personal trainers. The coaches here know me by name, they encourage me and teach along the way...i used to be a gym rat doing internet weight lifting routines. I came to cross fit and I can honestly say I'll never go back to the globe gym and doing it on my own. We work together, sweat, swear and push together...and there is nothing better than the fist bump we all share at the end of a good work out....don't do it alone! Grow with us

Great place! Coaches are very knowledgeable and super friendly. The place has a good layout and plenty of space for everyone to set up equipment for the WOD. Location is convenient with plenty of parking out front.

This is a great gym! Super fun community environment with amazing people and great facilities.

The programming will push you and the athletes/friends you make will keep you coming back more and more painful fun (no pain no gain right??). Fully recommend dropping by and checking it out. You will not regret it!!! Hope to see you there!
