  I'm the Master Instructor at Twin Dragon Martial Arts and one of my students who doesn't use technology very often wanted me to share her story about our school. Paige was 61 when she started classes with us. She was overweight and had osteoporosis. After taking classes for a year her doctors noticed she was stronger and needed no physical assistance at all during her examination and since then her prognosis has been upgraded from osteoporosis to osteopenia and she has also lost 50 pounds. She is now 65 and still comes to class on a regular basis. Her doctors attribute her health improvements to the exercise she has gotten in the classes we provide. It makes me very happy to share her story and we're pleased to be helping people in the community.

  I have been taking Martial Arts for 13 years, and the teachings at Twin Dragon by Master C and Sifu Tammy Callahan are top notch. They will give you a hands on learning experience that can be found in so few schools now a days. In addition there are a variety of programs such as Karate, Kung fu, Sambo wrestling and more that I have learned very much from. I enjoy coming in to class and learning as much as I can from these experienced teachers.

  Master C and Tammy Callahan are running a top-notch Dojo. From my first impression meet-n-greet til the end of summer camp, they didn't disappoint us. We were greeted with smiles everyday and the staff always had a good attitude. My kids, age 9 and age 6, stayed engaged during karate and self-defense instruction due to the attentive leaders that stood before them. I always felt that my kids were treated respectfully and fairly. The facility was clean and based on our summer experience, we intend to enroll the kids in classes. I would highly recommend Twin Dragon Martial Arts.

  We actually have several places closer to our home, but make the longer trip because it's so worth it! Master C is not only extremely proficient in the martial arts - (I believe he has the equivalent of a doctorate degree) he has a master teacher of values like respect, discipline and kindness, incorporating these values into a daily pledge and into each lesson.
  
  He's got a great sense of humor and playfulness to boot. The methods used to teach the kids are creative and very fun. I can't say enough about every member of the staff there as well - very friendly and professional.
  
  You cannot go wrong when you go here!
