Sequoyah Middle School

This school is amazing and i read all the reviews and most of that stuff is not true. Kids used to pull rhe fire allarm alot, yes. But they have stoped. I am in my 7th grade year and the teachers do not torment the students. That is just a understatement. The teachers are very serrious durring fire and lock down drills and do not stand there on there phones. Me and my friends really like it here and all these bad reviews are just people who dont even go to the school! Yes me and my friends used to go itno the woods but NOT for inapropriate reasons! We were just in sixth grade and wanted to explore. The teachers here are amazing and teach us really well. AND KIDS DO NOT START FIGHTS ALL THE TIME! some of these bad reviews are people who dont even go to this school! There just bassing there reviews on what they HEARD and not what they EXPERIENCED so i sugest you actually step foot and go to this school for a day and you will see how amazing it is. This is NOT a bad school its a really awesome one! I am OUTRAGED bye these negative reviews! So just try going to this school for a day. That will change your mind about it.

As a student who attended this school, it is not all terrible. It´s not even bad. All the bad reviews may have somewhat a point, but the teachers are amazing, the staff overall are some great people. Though the swearing may get over used, it´s not the worst school out there. Free dress code, great food, nice staff, and for all those people who think fights break out often, you are WRONG. Being SAFE, KIND, and ENGAGED is their priority. Having the kids SAFE is their top priority, and they all are doing a great job of keeping the protected while they are in the classrooms. They have freedom to do things that are appropriate at school, and for the fire alarm thing, it stopped. The kids have calmed down, and the overall fighting and cruelty has died down. Though some mishaps happen, it overall is a GREAT, SAFE, and awesome school where I´ve met some awesome people.
