Lake Wilderness Lodge

Our niece and nephew-in-law celebrates their second wedding anniversary by having a vow renewal reception. Lake Wilderness Lodge was the perfect setting!!

We performed at Lake Wilderness Lodge as part of Maple Valley's 25th Annual Arts Fest in June of 2022.

The lodge features an open concept floor plan on the upper 2 floors, with a central carved lodge pole and floor to ceiling windows connecting it smoothly with amazing natural landscape surrounding the lodge. The lower floor includes dance studio rooms with mirrored walls and more windows to view the park and lake.

The main (~2nd floor) accessible entry is at the end of the parking lot. So much parking has been added to the park! Each floor of the lodge has restrooms, and the lodge facility is huge. It would easily accommodate a large event.

Loved this location for my friends wedding this last year. The only downside was that it seems we caught the staff on a bad day? We got a tad bit of attitude about things that seemed trivial and it was upsetting to have to deal with that on a wedding day, of all events. Otherwise, we were well taken care of and the day was magical.

Such a beautiful place for a wedding! The views are spectacular, and on a clear day, you can see Mt. Rainier!

What I loved most was being able to take the couple up front into the arboretum area for photos. It was a nice spot to get a quiet break from the day and get those beautiful portraits.

I took this clip from a one of the weddings we DJed there. Wanted to share it, so couples can see how lovely the inside is when it is used as a weather back-up. Looking forward to being hired to work there again. Great space. Easy parking. Scenic views. Bonus rooms. Spiral staircase.
