Why did 5 stars show, dont know, I didnt do that. I currently have a family member there dying from cancer. My family member has not had a shower in four days. His clothing and personal belongings have been stolen. No one will answer the phone. I finally got someone on the phone, barely spoke English tried to Express our concerns only to get hung up on. There will be an investigation. This is clearly elderly abuse. Please review this facility.

I am presently a client of Park West and I cannot give them less than five stars. My rehab is structured especially toward my recovery. Clearly, there is no "cookie cutter" rehab agenda. I have observed others receiving care focused on their needs. While the choice of entrees at each meal is limited, the selections change each day. The food is home-style cooking, good flavor, and always served hot and on time. The staff, from top to bottom, is always willing to respond to my requests and needs quickly and cheerfully.
