Love this place! Great studio with a variety of classes (hot yoga, slow flow, pilates, high intensity cardio and strength). Instructors are incredibly welcoming and will modify for a beginner or someone seasoned. Each class is different, so give them all a try!

Absolutely amazing! Kasara, Kelsey, Jada, Angie, and Becca are all such amazing instructors. It’s insane how much you sweat while feeling relaxed compared to a typical gym. So thankful I found this place!!

I took two classes at Bliss & absolutely loved both of them! Burn with Becca was a workout that pushed myself using mostly my own body weight (they have dumbbells available). After that I took a yoga class with Kasara and it was so nice to have that hour of relaxation after having my heart rate up the hour before! They also have an adorable lobby with shirts, candles, incense, & art from a local artist. 10/10! Will definitely be back!

I absolutely love this yoga studio! It is always very neat and clean. The staff is always willing to help and answer any questions you may have. The instructors that I have had are very well trained and knowledgeable! I am so glad this place opened up. I highly recommend trying them out whether you are a beginner or someone who is advanced in yoga!
