One of my favorite gyms in Kenosha!

Another awesome place to drop for training. Plenty of parking if you are a trucker. Two showers. Leg pre machine has dip range of motion, liked it a lot. Gym has everything you need for your 3 major moves and more

Wish they had preset weights but truly love this gym. Never feel weird as a girl there, there is normally at least one or 3 other girls there (in the AM) . Feel safe, comfortable and truly a great workout area. Enough free weights and bench presses, squat racks for enough people to be working out at the same time. Even a tire for outside! Love it!

So the last gym I went to closed, and that was a very stressful situation for me. I work over 60 hours a week, and the last thing I wanted to do was look for a gym. This place is AMAZING!! The gentleman in the morning always gives me a thumbs up and thanks me for being a member! The entire staffs very helpful, and makes me feel very comfortable. this place has all the right equipment. If your looking to get bigger, stronger, and become the best version of yourself I would recommend this place any day of the week AWESOME GYM!!!
