  Fun fact: Appliances will eventually stop working for one reason or another. Another fun fact: at some point, your appliance model will have been discontinued and finding parts to repair it can be as painful as stepping on a Lego. So, what can you do?
  
  We again called Appliance Tech-Care Services. Yes, I said again. They’ve been out before to fix other problems, and they’ll be out again if something else breaks. Quite honestly, I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else. They promptly returned my phone call to setup an appointment. We had an appointment made for 2 days later. They showed up on time, and had the issue pinpointed in no time at all. The surprise for me…he managed to get a discontinued oven, with discontinued parts up in running in less than an hour! He actually had the spare parts with him! No waiting! Not that it’ll always be that way for every appliance problem, but this experience exceeded my expectations.
  
  Anyone knows that when you’re running a business, the best compliments that you can ever receive are repeat business and referrals. I will always be happy to provide both.

  Prompt and amazing customer service. Called to update to what time he would be arriving. Also because of the “make” of my washing machine Don was able to connect me with the company and if needed make a recommendation on a new washing. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

  Great customer service and technical support on all appliances.
  
  Don came out to fix my leaking Whirlpool washer, as luck would have it, the next day my Whirlpool dryer stopped working. Don came out that same day to make the fix on the dryer. Fair and reasonable prices on both services. He also makes the fixes fast; both services took between 30-60 minutes. He knows his stuff.
  
  I am very satisfied with Appliance Tech-Care and would recommend them to anyone looking for fast, local service.

  My 2 year old stove wouldn’t maintain heat. Needless to say, I was not happy that such a new appliance wasn’t working correctly (and of course, it was out of warranty). I called Appliance Tech Care, the repairman came in a timely manner. After determining that the heating element had failed, a new one was ordered. I anticipated at least 10-14 days without my oven, but two days later Don called and came over late on a Friday afternoon with a new element! Highly recommend Aapliance Tech Care for their prompt response, extensive background knowledge and experience, and efficient service. Experience means a lot, and I will certainly use their service again if I have an appliance that needs repair.
