We had the best experience at Spencer's. They knew exactly which manufacturers would deliver in the estimated time and which to avoid due to COVID delays. It was also so helpful to have someone who knew the differences between similar appliance models so we could make an informed decision. We highly recommend Spencer's.

The whole experience was enjoyable. We were given excellent quality products at a fair price. The delivery drivers were very understanding as I had to have them follow me to my house since you can't find it on GPS, or get a big truck in without knowing where you're going. They delivered the washer and dryer, installed them, hauled off the old ones, and even switched the orientation of the doors on the dryer to my liking. Everything went smoothly quickly and efficiently. I am very happy with my experience.

Product was delivered promptly. Received it the very next day, however, someone forgot to include the pedestal to my washer. One quick call by the delivery personnel and it is set to have the pedestal delivered and installed tomorrow. The delivery personnel were quick and polite.

Great service and competitive pricing, delivery has been painless. Would go back for any Appliance anytime.

Very impressed with service, from beginning to the end. Staff is very knowledgeable about appliances they sell. We did our research prior our purchase and knew what we wanted. We chose to go with American made washing machine Speed Queen. Delivery went smoothly and machine performed as expected. Thank you Spencer’s for excellent customer service.
