If I could give Roxan 10 stars, I would. I have known her for a long time and have taken her yoga classes, pilates classes and done private lessons with her after I gave birth to my son. She has helped me get back into shape and structured my program specific to my body type and limitations. I would consider myself pretty fit but after having a child, I needed help getting back into shape. She always met my body where it was at and modified it as I got stronger and in better shape. She is a phenomenal teacher who knows what she's doing. Not only that, I can tell that teaching yoga & pilates is her passion. I felt like she genuinely cared about what my fitness goals were and has helped me achieve them. I can't say enough good things about her. It doesn't matter if you're an athlete or beginner, her expertise covers all levels.
If your new to yoga you have to learn from Roxan.
I've taken yoga a few times in college and with friends. This time I wanted to take it to help my Brazilian Jiu Jitsu... I got that and more. I meet Roxan at a local Yoga studio and I immediately connected with her and the way she's teaches and how she's really caters to what you need for your body.
Roxan has also helped me with my sciatica... I tried a few doctors and a chiropractor with no luck. I told Roxan about it and she taught me some really good positions that helped me get rid of my sciatica.
I highly recommend going to Roxan. She is definitely the best yoga instructor in the south Bay torrance area. From beginner to advanced she can work with anyone. I can't thank her enough for helping me with my tight muscles and sciatica.
