  About time I get on here and leave a review for these guys. We started coming here back in January, first for a tow bar install, and then for everything else, including a body repair on our motorhome. From the very first phone call for a simple quote, these guys were aamazing.Ray had recommendations without making me feel like a dummy, was competitively priced, and made sure we had our bases covered for what we would need. We then had multiple needs for our "new to us" motorhome, including repairs, and these were our guys. I feel I lived at their shop almost for the last few months while we found things that needed love and they were always there ready with big smiles, ready to make a recommendation, and make us feel like family almost. As for the body repair we needed, Ray worked closely with us and our insurance company to ensure everything went off smoothly and was done before a trip we had planned. And the work itself, amazing!!!! The paint match was spot on, the metal work is solid, and we couldn't be happier. Special shout out to Ray. You are all kinds of amazing, dude! Thanks for being there and making it all so much easier and always having that smile ready. :) You guys rock. See you next time I need some help.

  Bought a new diesel pusher from Giant a couple months ago. The service department has been great to deal with.
  I’d assume most of the negative reviews on here are acts of “shooting the messenger” due to manufacturer defects. It seems like every new RV has its issues, but Giant’s service team has consistently set reasonable expectations and always met or exceeded them when it was time to get things fixed or get new stuff installed. We’re very pleased with our experience.

  I called about 25+ places to see if anybody had weight distribution hitches and nobody seems to carry any at all. Giant RV had a wide selection and Carlos helped me out wonderfully and I got everything I needed! They had great advice and were very respectful!! Huge help!!
