A great little hidden hiking area along the California coast. A few short trails but amazing coastline with gorgeous views and a great little beach. Also, if you are lucky below the cliff edges is a resting area for seals and it is a great sight to see.
Great tidal rock pools. Not terribly accessible. We went with two small kids, and it was tricky to climb over rocks, but they had a great time looking in the pools.
Wonderful! I really am grateful to my son to have taken me on that exploration; it's for people who have eyes to see and ears to hear as God sends us messages in a large variety of ways that He is the Creator, the Greatest Artist and our Provider. He reveals His presence everywhere in that park and anywhere else!
This is a great place to go to see tide pools and sleeping seals. When the tide goes down, you can go out on the rocks and look for anemones and other little sea critters, and a lot of people brought their kids out to look around. Be aware that it does get very windy and cold, so wear a jacket and be careful.
Short, beautiful walk through cypress woods, along the ocean and down to the protected seal beaches. Combine it with a hike up to Pillar Point Bluff and a cold beer at the Moss Beach Distillery. That's a pretty great afternoon at the coast ????
