I tried vasper for the first time back in august and immediately loved it! The staff is so welcoming and encouraging and are there every step of the workout! I have asthma and have noticed a difference in my cardiovascular health! Highly recommend!!

Informative, customized, and extremely safe strength training on the ARX. I love the personalized 30 minute workouts. The vasper is great too - helps increase my energy and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. I use the Dexa scan every few months to help track my progress and know exactly what is happening with my body- I am losing fat and gaining muscle which is the goal so I love having that information so I can make sure that I do not lose muscle while trying to lose weight. Great team that really cares about helping people restore their health and reach their fitness goals. I highly recommend!

Not only can you get a DEXA scan to show exactly where you are and help with bench marking your fitness journey by giving metrics like your fat % and your bone density as well as tons of other really helpful metrics but also has really great workout equipment.
I have a bad knee and ankle and the Vasper which is a low impact cardio bike is a workout that doesn’t stress any of my joints but also makes me feel like I’m doing an hour long hiit cardio class in only 20 min! It really has helped me get back into my workout flow as well as continues to push me to progress in my goals! They also have an ARX which is a next level lifting machine that allows you to choose how hard and heavy you want to go with weight which I love since it doesn’t force you to stay at a certain weight for all of your sets.
Lastly the staff here is incredible! Super knowledgeable and professional. They do a great job making sure that your form is correct to ensure that you’re getting the best from your workout. Check them out! 10/10 recommend!!!
