Proper Pilates is simply amazing. Andrea has truly changed how I look at fitness. The results have been impressive!

As a long-time weightlifter, Pilates has really helped me alleviate the shoulder and back pain I suffered from. I no longer need to see a chiropractor. I never realized core work could be so gratifying & successful.

Love all the amazing instructors here! Always an amazing work out with attention to proper form and safety. Andrea has helped me through excruciating back, hip and neck pain and drastically improved my strength and flexibility. Now not only do I get through my work day without debilitating pain, I can comfortably touch my toes (which was a difficult thing when I began classes) and can even lay my head on my knees! This studio is great for all ages experience levels!

A great atmosphere in the studio with plenty of room and good equipment. There are several types of classes to meet your needs. Instructors are excellent! They provide individualized instructions in group classes based on your strengths & weaknesses. It is easy to schedule private sessions with instructors. Wonderful studio!
