Great gym! Lots of heavy equipment and great coaching. It’s a smaller community which makes it fun because you actually know everyone. Highly recommend!

This gym is a life changer. My whole life, I've always gone to the corporate gyms and constructed my own workouts. This is the antithesis of corporate gyms.

This is a gym where the owner knows every single member's name. The management team is knowledgeable, well educated, and able to customize your workouts to your specific needs. They work well with people that have suffered injuries, want to become powerlifters, and everyone in between. I get my workouts written out for me, and they are specifically geared towards my goals.

This is a no BS gym. No complaining, no "I can'ts". When you show up, you will learn to push yourself. The owner is a coach, not a cheerleader. You will love him and hate him after each workout. In the long run, it's what you need to become better and stronger.

They are in a convenient location, and have all of the necessary equipment you need to get a great workout. Really great, down to earth people. I love this place!
