  My daughter wanted her ears pierced a second time. Her first time was at Claire’s in the mall a few years ago, and that was her only experience. I decided to try Inspirations instead of going back to Clair’s. My daughter was afraid at first because they informed us that they use a needle, not a gun. But after the owners explained why they use a needle, it made complete sense to her. It’s way more sanitary for one thing and another thing, they assured her it was definitely less painful to do it with a needle. My 12-year-old is not always easily convinced, but in this instance, the owners were able to articulate the reasons why, and my daughter relaxed immediately and decided to proceed. They took their time to make sure she liked the placement of the piercings. Then within a matter of minutes we were done. She did not even wince when he did the piercings!! She was amazed that he said it would be painless and it actually was painless like he said it would be! We are one week post piecing and she has practically forgotten she even has a fresh piercing. When we did it at Clair’s it took weeks for the piercing to heal, and every day it was gunky and had to be cleaned for about 4-6 weeks. This time around it’s like a non- event. She has had no pain at all and the piercing seems to be healing quite nicely - just as they said it would. She said she would definitely go back here in a heart beat.... but mama says no more piercings for a while ????. She’s 12 after all and we’re not gonna get all crazy at this age! But seriously though, we loved the two owners’ honesty and professionalism and would highly recommend this establishment to everyone.
  
  There are some crazy negative reviews being posted recently which seem incongruous with our experience and I suspect are false and being done maliciously. It must be one person hell bent on trying to ruin their reputation. So I say to all you reading this: don’t believe everything you read — go see for yourself! Ask questions. Watch how they interact with their clients. Meet the people who are going to do your body work. And if you get a bad vibe then say “no thanks” and leave. Simple.
  
  But I am pretty sure once you go and meet them, you’ll be reassured of their skill, experience and professionalism and likely choose to do business here.

  Great experience!! I had my rook and my belly button pierced today. The placement is perfect and the piercings were done expertly and with ease. All the questions we had were answered straightforwardly and professionally. My mom, who accompanied me, was very satisfied with the answers and advice that Kimberly and Bob gave. The premises is clean and well kept. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone looking to get pierced!

  The shop and it’s owners are great, clean, and responsible! I came in for a piercing a few days ago and Bob has me in and out of the chair in a flash with my newly studded ears, so quick and painless and they even gave me the proper stuff to take care of the areas I had done over the coming days! Could not be happier with my experience and results.

  My piercing experiences have been good here. This shop is great for getting a quick, cheap piercing. However, I do believe the hours should be adjusted. 11-7pm would be more convenient. I have had an arrival issue before in the past. I got 5 piercings that day. A lot of pain in one sitting lol Other than that, the owners are very nice, conversational people. Great family owned business!

  Anyone giving a negative review here has their own agenda. I brought my daughter here for a nose piercing and they were so friendly and welcoming. She was nervous and Bob took the time to explain everything to her and made her feel at ease. Very clean, and professional atmosphere. We have recommended many friends to them, who have all been just as pleased with the service they received.
