Dr. VanHorne and staff are great with our puppy! They take great care of our Honey! Thank you!
I just moved back to Omaha and needed to find a vet - Dr. Van Horne and the team got me in for an appt super quick and from the moment I walked in it’s clear how much they love their furry friends - the front desk person was super sweet, the vet assistant was incredibly thorough, they even had Sonic’s name on a white board at the front desk along with the other patients for the day! My meeting with Dr. Van Horne was also great - he is clearly very knowledgeable and explained everything super throughly for me. My dog has ongoing dermatology/GI issues I’m always nervous about as a first-time dog owner (and I am admittedly also a hypochondriac) but he never once made me feel silly or overly cautious like some other vets have. My dog Sonic and I will definitely be going back!
Loved the vet and the staff. I'm so grateful to them. My dog went from bloody diarrhea to better within the day.
The fun, dog-living, kind staff were able to fit me in last minute as I was driving cross country.
My yellow lab had bloody diarrhea and the vet walked me through what was going on (nothing too serious), gave me a medicine to clear it up same-day (thank God, we were going to be on the road all day) along with some antibiotics to fix him up.
Then the vet went beyond any vet I've had: he gave me special canned food for dogs with stomach issues to help my dog for the next few days, AND gave me a round of probiotics to help my dog get back in shape after the antibiotics.
