Dr. Bosilevac and Dr. Kooima are both wonderful vets and the staff is very caring. We've been taking our pets to Best Care for decades and recommend them highly.
I took my dog in to this office today, while my vet is out of town. The staff was friendly, listened, and took their time to understand my dog's recent health history. The vet, Dr. Kooima was very attentative and knowlegable. It is obvious she has a passion for the profession. She was quite pleasent as she had to address some tough concerns. She had compassion while being straight forward on what she needed to have tested in order to get my little guy on the right path to a successful recovery. Dr. Kooima, as well as her staff, truly made me feel like I have been going to the office for a long time. I didn't feel any less valued since I am not a regular client by any one of the staff. My little guy was complimented on his behavior and how well he did getting his exam. I am grateful for Dr. Kooima and her staff.
