  I want to thank the team at Steward and Stevenson for the timely and expert repair to my Freightliner Cascadia. Once again, you have demonstrated your teams professionalism and customer care from start to finish. The Cascadia runs superbly. Dave has always been very helpful in giving me new knowledge to continue operating this vehicle more efficiently and a better understanding of the mechanical and electronics. Thank you for taking the time to explain in detail. We need more Supervisor's like you. Again Thank You so much for everything that your team at Steward and Stevenson does to keep us running.   So I was having issues with trany on 21 kw 370 with Allison 6 speed a week old with 2800 miles on it. Kw recommended these guys as it friday late morning. Called they said stop by.George came out scanned truck found a wire issue, got me immediately in and tech had ready in 45 mins. Price was awesome and affordable....

  I have used this facility to repair my 2016 Cascadia Evolution since I purchased it New. Dave has always been up front with me on how quickly they could do the repairs on multiple occasions. Most repairs were done within 24 hours and costs were reasonable. Most recent, Coded 32, DPF filters have reached there service life.. Limped in from Westfield, MA. Dave as usual was up front on their ability to get it in, however would do the best he could. With the approaching holiday, I was surprised when Dave called a few hours later and told me they were all ready working on it and may have it done by the next morning. Sure enough by 9am the next morning, Dave called confirming the truck would be ready and I could start in to pick it up. As an Owner Operator it is critical to keep down time to a minimum. This facility understands that and will do whatever they can to achieve minimum down time for their customers. My truck comes back clean, repairs are professionally done, and at a reasonable cost. My hat is off to everyone at the Latham facility. Thank You for keeping me rolling and some money in my pocket as well. I can't say enough and highly recommend the Latham facility.
