They have gone completely online, and the retail portion of this store is no longer operational, but their mail order is wonderful and they have aquacultured corals at a fraction of the price you would find in most shops. They also welcome volunteers for their events and are sometimes willing to trade corals for work time. If you have aquacultured coral to trade they also make great deals for things they are looking to expand into. Great people, great mission, and amazing place to visit if you can manage it during one of their events or open houses. Not open to the public during most times!
Grace runs a top notch reef farm, and is always helpful and very knowledgeable.
This comment really is to the person who decided to show up at her farm unannounced. Please check the Google listing that you posted your review. It clearly states that her Reef Farm is NOT available for in-store shopping. It helps to pay attention.
Amazing place! I couldn't possibly recommend it more. The staff especially Grace are some of the best in the business. Incredibly knowledgeable, kind and some of the most interesting people you can meet in the hobby.
Grace was so helpful! She spent hours and hours talking to me about my tanks and how to best care for the coral she sells! I have learned so much from her, and I don’t think I can ever buy enough coral from her to make up for the information she has provided free of charge! Not only are her corals top notch quality, but they are priced low and larger than I expected!
Thank you Grace, and thanks to The Reef Farm!
Grace is a fountain of knowledge and just an overall fantastic person. We learned so much from her over the years. Every single coral we bought at the reef farm has been absolutely beautiful and healthy. We haven’t found anyplace that even comes close after moving to PA. If you are in NC or even nearby and into reef tanks... The Reef Farm should be at the top of your list.
