Seven West at the Trails

Our apartment is beautiful inside and out. The storage is incredible with extra offered if need be. The staff and neighbors around us are friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and updated, very much move in ready. Coming from a run down complex this is a breath of fresh air and something we consider a luxury apartment. The pools are beautiful and so fun also very well maintained. The yard is maintained, and it’s over all just a gorgeous place to live. Highly recommend!!

The staff has been amazing since I moved in mid-April. Maintenance has been quick with service requests, office staff is amazing to talk to and the community is nice and clean.

Recently moved in. Process with applying and move in was accommodating and smooth. Neighborhood is quiet and calm. Any issues I have had were dealt with by their process so I think being patient as they are very caring and aware even with such a large community to tend to. I have always been promptly communicated to with every step. Leasing agents are super friendly especially Kelli! , along with maintenance. I really enjoy living here. Can’t beat the location as well! everything you need is across the street or around the corner. And zoned into a newly built high school for my child.Thank you Seven West!
