Sofi at Murrayhill

  We are pretty new residents here, but we have found the maintenance crew to be exceptional! All our request have been handled promptly, professionally and courteously. Nick came to handle our request yesterday and had phoned me for details and best times before coming. Nick and others who have helped us are first-rate! Thanks, Nick and your team!

  I have to say that Sofi was overall a nice stay but there are definitely it’s pros and cons.
  
  To start off with cons:
  -parking is a nightmare
  -dealing with Mattie(Assistant Manager) to get my fiancé onto my lease was very troublesome. She automatically denied his application (car situation with parking) without an explanation from us. She also tried to deny us a garage that we were willing to pay for.
  -move out estimate was ridiculous( later fixed in pros)
  -as all complex’s, there are some “Karen’s”
  
  Pros:
  -beautiful area
  -two pools (upper and lower) for shorter distances and less crowding
  -great upkeep of premises
  -pet friendly(dog park) and kid friendly (playground on premise)
  -everything is within walking distance
  -Amanda(Manager) and Leimomi were amazing to work with. In relation to my move out charges, Leimomi set me up an appointment with Amanda and was setting reasonable expectations of my charges. Amanda sat down with me and empathized with my charges. She made sure the ones that were incorrect were waived(with proof) and Amanda also looked into a maintenance charge that a third party unfairly quoted and gave me a more than reasonable adjustment. So in conclusion, with management, I would talk to Leimomi and Amanda with any concerns or questions you may have. Both are very knowledgeable and friendly.
  -overall great place to stay (especially from moving from another state without a physical tour being done) and most of management are really easy/nice to work with.
