Andover Park

I moved in 6 months ago and I have to say Brianna went above and beyond and is a true gem for this community. She was truly understanding and helped me through a difficult situation. I have continued to have a great experience at Andover Park (minus the parking situation and the cost of parking which is absurd) ; ) Thank you for having staff that understands the individual needs of each tenant and tries to accommodate however they can and thank you so much to Brianna!!!

Jonathan Ruiz helped service our apartment, he was incredibly kind! The office also helped us get our appointment rescheduled and was extremely helpful! Thanks Andover for always being there for us , 15248 Apt D.

Andover has changed so much in the three years I have been here .
Proud to call it home now .
Maintenance is great. The new supervisor .Jonathan is true to his word. Got a new fridge to me quickly.He is courteous and respectful!

Reyna is great at assisting with getting a place. It’s beautiful here and lots of spacious patios. The only thing that is unfortunate is that Parking is never guaranteed , whether if you live here or not. You have to pay for parking on top of rent.
Other than that it’s a beautiful spot !
