AA Massage

I desperately needed a massage last month. I was in constant pain and all the doctor could do at the time was medicate. I ended up calling out of work from the pain and called here for an appointment same day.

The employees were professional, kind, and courteous. The lotions were pleasant and not overpowering, light and refreshing. The lighting and ambiance was relaxing, and my masseuse checked in with me about pressure, position, and if anything was painful. She even safeguarded my glasses, which in a dark room I sincerely appreciate. The hot stones and towels are kept in a separate room for safety, and being a smaller business, you will have a moment or two where they have to address the front desk. Most of my massages usually have the masseuse leave for more supplies, so I don't see that as a detractor.

Not only were the massages great (hot stones are wonderful!) they were able to accomodate on short notice, as in same day on a weekday. I can't tell you how grateful I am for it. I thought I'd have to call out later in the week but they got me in the soonest they could. I was able to sleep again that night and I've been on the mend ever since. Very reasonable for the price. I made sure to tip them what they were worth (minimum $25 for their labor, absolutely worth every penny) and i definitely recommend them. I look forward to going back.

Don't let the small size of the masseuse mislead you. She worked me over like a ninja. Glad I didn't request a hard massage! It was great and I had a good experience despite her leaving the room a couple times to get hot stones and towels. I expected her to have to leave if someone came in since she appeared to be the only one there. You really can't expect them to staff the desk all the time. I will be going back 😉
