I absolutely LOVE Lux! Barbie and her team are truly exceptional! I had Botox previously before coming to Lux and it NEVER worked…. I was starting to think my body just wouldn’t hang on to it. I started seeing Barbie about 2 years ago and she educated me on the entire process. Instead of Botox, she recommended Javou! I’ve been hooked ever since! Barbie is A-MAZING! Love her, she’s my go to gal! If you’re wanting an amazing facial, Nicole is your girl! Everyone is so patient, kind and educates you on all their services.

10/28/2022: My first review is from 2 years ago for Lux, after I'd been a customer for just over a year. I want to update my review now that it's been over 3 years.

I've been going to Barbie Griffin @ Lux for over 3 years now and just love her! She's always done a phenomenal job, given great advice on what she thinks would work best for me, and it's been spot on every time. I had a facial with another lady up there once, but don't recall her name. She was amazing though. Facials aren't as much my thing but it really was nice to experience it. Barbie always makes me feel beautiful with her compliments and the time she takes to address my needs. I tend to get lightheaded and feel overheated halfway through my treatments. She recognized it as white coat syndrome and brought me a fan, an ice pack, cold water to drink and a trash can just in case! Luckily the fan and icepack do the trick and she is so patient with me every time. She's kind and caring, such a gem and so good at what she does. True talent and artistry!

I highly recommend Barbie at Lux Aesthetics Medical Services! She is consultative, a good listener and a true artist. Barbie takes the time to understand your goals and partners with you to develop a realistic plan to get results! She is patient, kind and also very enjoyable to be around! I'm very pleased with my Botox and fillers. I am also excited to start a new skin care regime for even better results. Finally, I appreciate Barbie's genuine concern and desire for me to have a good experience and a great outcome. Very thorough and attentive!
