Barbie and her staff are amazing . I would give 10+ stars. I went in thinking I wanted something but after talking with her and understanding more about fillers and the types I could not be happier how my lips ended up . I will continue to go back to her time and time again .

10/28/2022: My first review is from 2 years ago for Lux, after I'd been a customer for just over a year. I want to update my review now that it's been over 3 years.

I've been going to Barbie Griffin @ Lux for over 3 years now and just love her! She's always done a phenomenal job, given great advice on what she thinks would work best for me, and it's been spot on every time. I had a facial with another lady up there once, but don't recall her name. She was amazing though. Facials aren't as much my thing but it really was nice to experience it. Barbie always makes me feel beautiful with her compliments and the time she takes to address my needs. I tend to get lightheaded and feel overheated halfway through my treatments. She recognized it as white coat syndrome and brought me a fan, an ice pack, cold water to drink and a trash can just in case! Luckily the fan and icepack do the trick and she is so patient with me every time. She's kind and caring, such a gem and so good at what she does. True talent and artistry!

Barbie and Nicole are amazing! The facility is beautiful. The minute you walk through the door, the environment is professional and very welcoming.
Barbie and Nicole both go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and special. Each procedure is explained so I can make informed decisions about my skin health and time is taken with any questions I may have. I never leave feeling like I don't understand something because all my issues and questions are fully addressed. The Zo* skincare line has helped improve my daily home routine and the results are obvious.
