  The techs here are top notch. If you are lucky enough to see Adam, for your CT or MRI, you will be treated with kindness, pleasantry, and professionalism. He places his patient’s concerns and comfort as his top priority. He is a very well trained, thoughtful technician. His care of my mom, and myself is always exceptional, and he always remembers who we are. His kindness is always appreciated. We met Betsy today as well, she was kind, thoughtful and took great care of my mom. The front desk ladies were also very nice and took great care of us, and everyone else that came in after us. I highly recommend Touchstone Imaging on Basswood.

  Staff- Both warm and friendly, Janey in imaging was really gentle and kind to me. She has excellent bedside manner and stayed upbeat and positive during my exam. I wish all medical professionals were as nice and as, calming as she was.
  
  Atmosphere- clean and set up nicely. I liked the touches of pinks in the mammogram area.
  
  (-)The only thing I would say could be improved was the amount of people allowed in the waiting room. Perhaps allow people to check in by calling from the parking lot? Then get a text when they can come in? Masks or not, it's unnerving to have someone coughing and hacking in the waiting room.
  
  *Tbh, the waiting room was the worst part for me... (maybe 2 stars given), but overall I had a good experience and will return in the future.
  I'm a military veteran and have PTSD, as well as panic attacks depending on certain situations, so a lot of my discomfort was due to my own medical issues.

  I have had multiple various imaging procedures at the Fossil Creek location.My experience is always very pleasant, and staff are efficient and professional. I’ve been coming here for years, and I am always called back at my appointment time. Everyone (from the front desk folks to the image technicians) is warm and friendly. They provide clear instructions and information in adequate detail so that I am comfortable and I understand exactly what is happening.

  Went in for an MRI in the early morning. Had a flat tire that was already putting me behind, then I left my wallet in the vehicle with the flat, after switching rides. The front desk was able to pull my info from a previous visit, and use my insurance card from my phone, which just really reduced my stress! The technologist came to grab me before I was even able to fill out the quick questionnaire! She explained everything in detail, and made me as comfortable as possible. I had to have a dye injection, and the injection was quick, & virtually painless! Highly recommend this location for any imaging needs!
