Had a great experience with this company. We had a couple of issues with our product order and they found solutions to our issues quickly and efficiently. The installation process was great and the work is immaculate. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Overall the process getting new floors through Carolina In Home Flooring was great and I would go back to them for other projects. The sales rep, David, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and was very responsive to questions even after the initial consultation. The installers did a great job and the process went smoothly even though the time frame had to be adjusted due to replacing the sub-floors unexpectedly (we found out the sub-floors were particle board and opted to replace to plywood). I took a star off because the installers used the windows for ease of bringing in material and ripped a whole in the screen and there was a nail left in the driveway which punctured a tire. Neither were expensive to fix, just a bit of a hassle.

We recently ordered vinyl plank flooring from Carolina In Home Flooring. The sales representative that assisted us, Herman Chavez, went above and beyond to make sure I was able to select exactly the right flooring for my needs. Over the course of weeks he was responsive and helpful, always professional and, more than once, had samples sent to us so that we could easily find the look we wanted. Once the order was placed he kept in touch with us and, surprisingly, the were delivered earlier than expected. The two gentlemen that installed the floor did not stop for a minute and were informative and polite. My living room was left immaculate. I highly recommend this business to anyone that is looking for any type of flooring for their home.

I went through the Costco program and the team from Carolina was great. Came for measurements and to discuss options in the LVT flooring I was looking to do to replace old and worn out upstairs carpets. Offered several options in our style at different price points and their prices were much better than some of the local competition I had do competing bid, even before the Costco money back rewards. When installation came, all the team was masked and did a great job with removal of old flooring and installation of new flooring. Thanks for the great floors. We are very happy with them and how easy they are to clean

We were very satisfied with the professionalism of this company and its employees from the salesman to the installation. The salesman delivered many samples and sent more as promised and promptly. He followed up with us and was not overbearing. The installation manager responded promptly to phone calls on the status of our order and the carpet was delivered exactly when promised. Installation was immediate and installers worked very hard and were courteous. At the end of the day then wanted to make sure they had done everything that needed to be done and didn't rush out leaving things undone. We were very impressed with their work ethic. Received a followup call from the installation manager to make sure we were satisfied and were told if there was anything we needed to let him know. We were also very satisfied with the selection of the carpets and the quality. Would definitely buy from this company again!
